This guide provides a standard procedure for preparing the LMS before the start of each semester. Following it ensures the system is ready, stable, and accessible for all users on day one.
Scope
Covers technical checks, user enrolment, course setup, integrations, communication, and testing. It does not include pedagogical content creation or non-LMS services. Recommended to start 2–3 weeks before the semester.
